Do they have consequences for the overall burden of disease? Which strategy is appropriate in order to reduce health inequalities? How can the particularly heavy burden of disease faced by families, children, adolescents, the elderly, the migrant population, and other vulnerable parts of the population in low economic and educational status be reduced? What do we really know about successful strategies?
